Do I need to install anything?

No. Snnel runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer: open it, sign in and start. On Android you can also get the app from Google Play, and on iPhone you can add Snnel to your home screen from Safari.

Is there really a free plan?

Yes. Every business can start free and upgrade later from inside the app when it needs more products, branches, staff, SMS or tools like invoices and Snnel AI. If a paid plan ends, you move back to the free plan and keep your records.

Does it work without internet?

Yes, for selling. The point of sale keeps taking cash sales when the network drops and syncs them automatically, without duplicates, once you are back online.

Can I sell online?

Yes. Every business can open a shop on snnel Stores. Shoppers order and pay online or on delivery, and their orders arrive in your dashboard next to your counter sales.

Which payments can I accept?

Mobile money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money and M-Pesa), Visa and Mastercard, bank transfer, cash, credit and cash on delivery. Online payments open in a secure pop-up. You can also connect your own Hubtel, Paystack, Flutterwave, pawaPay, CinetPay, DPO Pay or another partner that works in your country, so the money goes straight to you.

Can Snnel post to Instagram, TikTok and Facebook for me?

Yes. Connect your accounts in Growth Hub, Social. Snnel AI writes the caption from your product, and you post or schedule to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, or share to WhatsApp. Likes and comments show up in your notifications, and each post has a link that counts the orders it brought. How many accounts and posts you get depends on your plan.

What is the weekly plan?

Every week Snnel looks at your own sales, stock, credit, orders and customers and gives you three actions, scored by how much they will help, such as restocking, collecting what is owed or winning back customers. Each one opens the right screen or a ready-to-send text, and the plan can come to you by SMS on Monday.

Can I print receipts?

Yes. Connect a 58mm or 80mm receipt printer over Bluetooth or USB, or use the built-in printer on an Android POS device. You can always share a PDF receipt instead, and every receipt carries a QR code that proves it is genuine.

Can my team use it too?

Yes. Add your staff, give each person a role with the right access, and decide who can sign in to the app. Payroll with SSNIT and PAYE, payslips and leave are built in, while owners keep control of payouts and settings.

Can I run more than one business?

Yes. Manage several businesses and branches from one account, each with its own products, sales, customers and reports. How many you can add depends on your plan.
