Commission is paid on confirmed subscription payments only. Payout requests are reviewed before payment and are sent to the Mobile Money number on your partner profile.

The things people ask first.
When exactly do I get paid?
Commission is credited the moment a business you referred actually pays for a plan — not when they sign up, and not when they start a free plan. Once it is in your wallet you can request a payout to your Mobile Money number, and an admin releases it.
What does the business get out of it?
They get 5% off their subscription on their first paid plan, applied automatically at checkout — they do not have to ask for it.
Do I need to already use Snnel?
No. Anyone can be a partner. If you do already run a business on Snnel, you can switch between your business workspace and your partner dashboard from inside the app — the two stay completely separate.
What if someone forgets to use my link?
They can type your code on the sign-in screen instead. Either way it only counts on a brand-new account — a referral cannot be added to someone who already signed up, which is what stops two partners claiming the same person.
Can I change my code later?
Yes, from your partner account page. Pick something easy to say out loud. Changing it retires the old link immediately, but every sign-up and every cedi you have already earned stays with you.
Is there a cost, or a target I have to hit?
Neither. Joining is free, there is no monthly target, and there is no ceiling on what you can earn.
